Recommendation ★★★★☆【A Must-Read for Okinawans!】A Ramen Shop Every Okinawan Should Visit②

English

NAGISA okinawan ramen

The second restaurant I would like to introduce on my blog is NAGISA Okinawan Ramen in Yonabaru Town! (Cleanliness: excellent! Service speed: excellent! Taste: excellent!)

Personally, this is my absolute favorite ramen shop in Okinawa right now, and I strongly recommend it.

Please note that due to a change in business hours, the evening service is no longer available.

Exterior Appearance

The stylish sign that marks the entrance to the restaurant makes it look less like a typical ramen shop. For parking, you can conveniently park right in front of the shop.

The interior of the restaurant

The restaurant has 6 counter seats, 2 tables for 4 people, and 1 table for 2 people.

It’s a great place to visit with friends for a fun time, with family for a relaxed meal, or even with a partner for a cozy date!

The interior is filled with a sense of cleanliness and comfort.

Menu

The three carefully crafted ramen options and the dipping noodles, along with the side menu, all look incredibly appetizing!

The focus of my visit this time was the “Premium Special Soy Sauce Ramen (with all toppings + wontons).”

Please note that changes may occur.

The long-awaited ramen!

Although I have never had authentic soy sauce ramen before, this bowl truly convinced me that this is what a real soy sauce ramen should taste like.

Personally, it ranks at the top of all soy sauce ramen I’ve had.

Although they don’t use artificial flavor enhancers (umami), once I tasted it, I realized the difference!

When sipping the soup, the rich soy sauce aroma fills the air, and the flavor of free-range chicken broth smoothly travels down your throat.

The noodles are straight whole wheat noodles with a smooth texture, which pairs perfectly with the soup!

The char siu is pink, closer to rare, but remarkably tender with no unpleasant odor—so delicious that I could eat several pieces!

Additionally, the grilled chicken on top is absolutely fantastic!

【Char Siu Rice Bowl】Green onions, char siu, and rice—a simple combination, but the flavor exceeds its appearance.

This is something that cannot be fully expressed without actually tasting it!

Since I’m not great at food reviews, I just hope my words can convey it somehow… (laughs)
